In short
Artigence built a data platform that brings an Australian fashion group's six business systems, including Cin7 and Klaviyo, into one view, so reporting for its stores, online and wholesale all comes from the same numbers.
The Challenge
The group sells through its own stores, online and wholesale, and its numbers lived in six separate systems: inventory and orders in Cin7, budgets, store footfall, rostering, email marketing in Klaviyo, and web analytics. Reporting ran on a legacy cloud warehouse, two manual spreadsheet syncs and an old extraction app.
Our Approach
A data platform that pulls all six systems together every night and keeps them fresh through the day. Reports refresh twice each weekday morning, budget edits reach reports by lunch, and footfall updates about four times a day. It holds over 2.6 million sales lines, 390,000+ customers, 280,000+ products and more than 190 million rows of stock history, with 33 reporting tables feeding Power BI, each documented in plain language. 61 automated checks watch the data every night, and a weekly job reconciles the last 90 days of orders. The data comes in through the secure API gateway Artigence also built for the group.
The Results
Every sales line was reconciled against the old system before the switch, and reports have run on the new platform since June 2026. Since then, 85 of 87 nightly data loads have completed (98%), and every nightly report refresh monitored has succeeded. The legacy warehouse and its 60 notebooks, the manual spreadsheet syncs and the old extraction app have all been retired.

›Why is this here?
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers instead of scrolling search results. Those tools don’t read a page like you do. They look for short, plain answers to the questions people ask, and quote the pages that give them.
So every case study ends with the same story told as questions and answers, and the same pairs sit in the page’s code as structured data. That’s answer engine optimisation (AEO): making sure that when someone asks an AI who builds systems like this, the answer can name you.
